Not sure, just ask our friendly staff for a taster. We brew in small batches so some of our items may occasionally be unavailable.

Atemporal / Pale / 3.4% / Heathen Brewers

After much too long of an absence Atemporal is back with its fresh easy going feel! Plenty of Chinook and Columbus for a cheeky bit of citrus and a hit of bitterness while just being an easy drinking crowdpleaser.

Finally! I know right. But trust us, worth the wait. Our standard 60 days resting in tank plus a nice addition of Rice in the mash has got Emergency Chairs tasting light, crisp, and utterly delectable. We’re stoked with this one.

Something a little different and a touch indulgent for us. A 6 different malts in the mash, and a Belgian Abbaye style yeast for some lovely fruity spicy esters, paired with some classic British hops for a bite of bitterness. Pretty happy with this one.

soft and smooth. Light and flowy, delicately chocolate, with a lovely lift from a late addition of coffee. We’re super happy to have an easy drinking stout of our own back, and gosh it’s delicious!

Oh gosh! After multiple “it’s back in two months”, Rotations is back. A load of Lorien, Cascade, and some rather lovely Strata have been added across the boil, whirlpool and a multi-stage dry hop. It’s fruity, it’s delicious, it’s back lad.

It conjures up a gentle whirl of winter flavours: woody, roasted chesnuts; notes of spruce and pine; and deep oaky malt.

Emerging from a blend of spontaneously fermented and barrel aged beers, using micro flora unique to the landscape. Rested on a subtle amount of fresh raspberries for a hint of fruit, without masking the complexities of the beer.

Slick, oily and decadent imperial stout - rich in flavour but not cloying, with a ridiculous twenty-four hour slow rolling boil to concentrate all those sugars. Regarded the best imperial stout brewed over Polly’s eight year history.

Brewed with Fierce Brew Co. Citra in the whirlpool, followed by a dry hop of fresh 'n' fruity Krush and more Citra for dash of dankness and extra depth. It's pillowy-soft, bright, and bursting with hop character.

Need a worry free alcohol free beer? We got it for you. A lightly hopped and pleasantly refreshing pale ale. Tasting like a straight up IPA due to the process you can enjoy the beer wihtout the effect.

Rising River Sauv. Blanc | White

From the Western Cape of South Africa comes a delicious treat. Aged on lees for 6 months, a joyously smooth glass with hits of tropical fruit and zesty citrus.

Arenile Pinot Grigio | White

Delighted with a light-yellow color with greenish reflections. In the nose, accents of green apples perfectly mix with the nuances of flowers. A refreshing lightness is felt in the mouth.

Scruffy's Shiraz | Red

Dense crimson in colour with youthful garnet hues. Aromas of blood plum and red berries entwined with hints of spice and vanillin. A full flavoured palate laden with juicy upfront fruit characters of plum and blackberry. Ripe, silky tannins with traces of black pepper and oak complete the palate.

Inacayal Argentine Malbec | Red

Complex & fragrant aromas of mature red fruits, with elegant hints of spice and nuts The palate is juicy with smooth sweet tannins. A lovely lingering finish.

Guilaume Aurele | Rose

Dry and elegantly poised with mouth-watering flavours of red fruits, blackcurrants and raspberries and subtle hints of white flowers.

Pierre De Taille | Rose

A pale and delicate Provence rosé with satisfying weight and depth. Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are perfectly blended for a fresh and fruity bouquet of red fruit, complimented by the slight citrus mineral note. Well balanced with a refreshingly long finish.

Tallero Prosecco | Sparkling

Pleasing aromatic citrus and apple nose which follows on to the palate. Just on the medium side of dry, it is very approachable and has a long finish.
